CERT|Wharton EPIC

For the first time in the Middle East, CERT, in collaboration with the Wharton School, is launching the CERT|Wharton Entrepreneurial Planning and Innovation Competition (EPIC). CERT|Wharton EPIC is open to all students from teh Higher Collegs of Technology. The top 8 teams will share in US $50,000 in cash prizes with the winning team receiving US$20,000.

Key Dates

8 December 2009	Competition open for submissions.
20 December 2009	Registration closes. Deadline for submission of Executive Summary.
5 January 2010	Up to 25 submissions selected as the “Top 25” by CERT.
28 January 2010	Top 8 submissions selected as the “Great Eight” finalists by Wharton.
18 February 2010	Deadline for submission of full business plan by “Great Eight” finalists.
7 – 9 Mar 2010	“Great Eight” finalists will present to distinguished judges. Winners will then be selected.
