| Requirements: Executive Summary
Deadline: 5pm 20 December 2009
Teams are required to submit a detailed description of the business concept, its potential market, and likely competitors. These business overviews are read by capitalists, entrepreneurs, and industry experts, who rank the feasibility of the proposed businesses.
Initially, each team submits an Executive Summary of 2,000 words or less. Please refer to the Business Overview Template which indicates key items that must be addressed. This business overview focuses on developing a more thorough understanding of the relevant issues the business will face. Some of these include competitive strengths, barriers to entry and high level financial projections. These and other key questions must be answered as you develop a more detailed plan including information about operations and management.
