Wharton and CERT have evaluated the submissions to select the top eight. In the first evaluation phase, CERT judges selected 25 submissions, who are known as the ”Top 25”.

Wharton judges further evaluated the “Top 25” and selected the top eight to compete in the finals section of the competition, who are known as the “Great Eight.”

The “Great Eight” finalists were announced on 28 Jan 2010.
